Vince. — 20th Anniversary Nordstrom 2022
A pop-up with dedicated Nordstrom exclusive capsule celebrating the 20th anniversary of the label. A California coast inspired design featuring cashmere dune pillows and immersive projections of the brand’s heritage and DNA in film.
Nordstrom NYC Center Stage and scaled across 10 other Nordstrom locations.
THE ASK
Organized around a dune of cashmere pillows forming a center theater enveloped by a sheer immersive “screen” for projected content. There are also more on-brand elements projected such as campaign imagery and video testimony created by the Nordstrom team.
My role was to inspire the Nordstrom team with visualizations of the concept working in partnership with Vince.’s head of visual.
In the center are cashmere dunes forming the center of the “theater” with the “gallery” as staging for the product.
The installation is meant to be a textural & tonal destination of layers, stacks of oversized custom cashmere pebble pillows forming dunes—an abstraction of the California coast.
